Prep Time: 10 min

Serves: 4-5 sandwiches

Ingredients:

10 bread slices, sides removed

1 cup boiled chicken, shredded

4-5 tbsp mayonnaise

2-3 tsp mango pickle

Salt to taste

3-4 tbsp red and yellow bell pepper, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

3-4 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

1 cheese cube, grated

Method:

In a bowl, add mayonnaise, mango pickle, salt, bell peppers, onion, coriander leaves, cheese and chicken. Mix well.

Spread this chicken mixture over bread slices.

Then top them with more slices of bread.

Cut the sandwiches diagonally.

Achari chicken mayo sandwich is ready to serve.
