Spiced Watermelon Juice Recipe For Iftar
Learn how to make this spiced watermelon juice recipe at home. If you are looking for an easy sharbat recipe for Ramadan then try this watermelon/tarbooz ka sharbat. This drink is very simple to make and tastes delicious. Just grind the watermelon and sugar together. Pass it through a sieve, add the spices, mix and serve chilled!

Prep Time: 5 min
Serves: 2 people
Ingredients:
3-4 cups watermelon, chopped
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp black salt
1 tsp chaat masala powder
Ice cubes, as required
Watermelon balls/scoops, for garnishing
Method:
In a grinder jar, add chopped watermelon pieces and sugar. Grind until smooth.
Place a sieve over a large bowl. Pour the watermelon puree into the sieve. Strain it well.
Add lemon juice, black salt and chaat masala powder to the watermelon juice. Mix well.
Run a piece of lemon around the rim and then dip the rim in chaat masala powder.
Note: Adjust the amount of sugar and spices according to your liking.
Add ice cubes to the glass. Pour the watermelon sharbat into it.
Insert a toothpick into three watermelon balls (you can scoop it out with a measuring teaspoon).
Place it over the watermelon sharbat glass. Serve chilled!
