Bread Omelette
This soft and fluffy bread omelette is the best breakfast or brunch recipe! It is so quick and simple to whip up this Indian street style bread omelette that it will surely become your favourite. Serve it with tomato ketchup and a hot cup of tea or coffee.
Bread omelette is quite a filling and wholesome dish. It is a good option for everyday breakfast or you can also make this on the weekend as a brunch dish. It tastes delicious and takes really less time to cook. Other egg recipes on the blog are scrambled egg toast, egg salad sandwich, chicken-filled omelette, egg roll, noodle egg devil and dhaba-style egg curry.
So to prepare this egg recipe, whisk eggs with all the spices. Pour the mixture in the pan and cook it over low heat. Yes, that’s right, always cook it over low heat otherwise the omelette might burn or become hard. Place the bread slice in the middle and immediately flip it. Cook for a while and then fold the sides. Flip and cook the other side as well. Serve hot and enjoy!
