Ingredients
  

  • 8 Pineapple slices
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder or Paprika
  • 1 tsp Amchur
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil for marinade
  • Butter for frying

Method
 

  1. Toss pineapple slices with oil and all spices until evenly coated.
  2. Melt butter on a hot tawa or skillet over medium flame.
  3. Arrange slices and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until beautifully caramelized and charred.
  4. Serve hot as a zesty snack or a side to grilled mains!
