Method
- Pour milk, yoghurt, banana and honey in a blender jar. Blend until smooth. Take out 1-2 tbsp of the mixture and keep aside for garnishing.
- Add the chopped strawberries and blend again.
- Place the moist strawberry slices in the glass and keep it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Pour the smoothie into the serving glasses, drizzle with yoghurt-banana mix and sprinkle chopped almonds. Serve chilled.
Notes
Make sure the strawberry slices are moist before placing them in the glasses. Otherwise, they won't stick.
