Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix and cook until fragrant. Turn the heat off.
- Add puffed rice, rice flakes, roasted split gram, fine sev and salt. Mix well.
- Pour it in a bowl and add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Serve puffed rice or murmura chaat immediately.
