Method
- Grind biscuits in a food processor. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add peanut butter, honey, and cocoa. Mix well to form a dough.
- Crack the peanut shells and take out the nuts.
- Pulse the peanuts until roughly chopped.
- Scoop mixture, roll into balls, and coat in chopped peanuts.
- Press a depression into the center of each ball using a teaspoon.
- Pipe peanut butter and melted chocolate into the cups. Refrigerate until set.
- Serve and enjoy!
