Pull-Apart Cheese Burst Pizza Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g processed cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • 8 bread slices
  • Pizza sauce as required
  • Mozzarella cheese as required
  • Thinly sliced onions as required
  • Thinly sliced capsicum as required
  • Chopped yellow and red bell pepper as required
  • Sliced black olives as required
  • Pizza seasoning and red chilli flakes as required

Method
 

  1. Heat water in a saucepan. Place a bowl over it.
  2. Grate the cheese. Transfer it to the bowl.
  3. Add butter and milk. Mix well.
  4. Let the cheese melt over the double boiler.
  5. Cook until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  6. Remove the sides of the bread slices.
  7. Cut them diagonally.
  8. Transfer 4 bread slices to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  9. Add the melted cheese mixture. Spread it well.
  10. Top with 4 slices of bread.
  11. Add pizza sauce. Spread it out.
  12. Add mozzarella cheese on top.
  13. Add onion, capsicum, bell pepper and more mozzarella cheese.
  14. Add olive slices.
  15. Bake at 180 C until the cheese melts.
  16. Sprinkle pizza seasoning and red chilli flakes.
  17. Pull-Apart Cheese Burst Pizza Toast is ready!
