Method
- Rinse poha with water.
- Add milk. Gently give it a mix.
- Let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and hing.
- Cook until the cumin seeds splutter.
- Add ginger, coriander stalk, green chilli and cashews.
- Cook until the cashews are golden.
- Add matar and mix well.
- Add sugar, garam masala powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add the soaked poha.
- Give it a mix but be very gentle.
- Matar poha is ready to serve!
