Method
- Take softened butter in a bowl and beat/mix it for a few seconds with a fork. Until it is soft and smooth.
- Then take a burger bun and slice it horizontally.
- Apply butter generously on both slices.
- Take a small bowl, add powdered sugar and chaat masala powder. Mix well.
- Sprinkle the prepared masala over the buttered buns.
- Combine both slices. Cut it vertically.
- Masala bun makkhan is ready to serve.
