Method
- Microwave puffed rice for a minute.
- Add mustard oil and mix well.
- Add cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt and red chilli powder. Give it a nice mix.
- Then add green peas, tomato, onion, potato, coriander leaves, green chillies and besan papdi. Pour lemon juice and season with salt. Mix them together.
- Add besan sev and stir it in. Avoid overmixing.
- Serve immediately as it might get soggy.
