- 1 large mango roughly chopped
- 1 cup dahi/curd chilled
In a blender jar, add chopped mango and curd. Blend until smooth.
Pour it into ice trays. Tap a few times.
Cover with foil or cling wrap.
Insert toothpicks.
Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight.
After it sets, take the popsicles out of the freezer.
Carefully take them out of the moulds.
Healthy Mango Ice Cream/Popsicle is ready!
