Method
- In a bowl, add gond katira crystals and water. Cover it and let it soak for 5-6 hours.
- In a blender jar add 3 tbsp hydrated gond katira, cocoa powder, gud, 1 tbsp chocolate syrup and milk. Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Drizzle remaining chocolate syrup into a glass, add ice cubes, and pour in the cold cocoa.
- Enjoy your chilled, creamy, and delicious cold cocoa!
