Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 20 min | Total Time: 25 min
Serves: 2 parathas
Ingredients
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Water as required
4 eggs
¾ cup chopped onion
1-inch ginger, chopped
2-3 green chillies, chopped
4-5 tbsp oil
Instructions:
In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt and oil. Mix well.
Pour water. Knead well to make a smooth dough. Cover it and keep it aside.
In another bowl, add 2 eggs and salt. Whisk well. Keep aside.
In another bowl, add onion, ginger and green chilli. Mix well.
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Take one dough ball. And roll it out.
Heat tawa over a medium flame.
Place the paratha over it. Cook both sides for a few seconds.
Pour the beaten eggs.
Add onion mixture.
Fold the sides. Cook for a few seconds.
Flip and cook for a few seconds.
Pour oil. Cook until both sides are golden.
Serve them hot with ketchup.
