Ingredients
  

  • 150 g noodles
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Water for boiling noodles
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 200 g paneer cut into cubes

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a saucepan. Add salt and noodles.
  • Cook as per package instructions.
  • Discard the water.
  • Pour oil. Toss well. Keep aside to cool down.
  • In a bowl, cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, schezwan sauce, red chilli sauce, and ketchup. Mix well. Make a thick paste.
  • Add paneer. Toss well to coat all the pieces.
  • Take a piece of paneer and wrap cooked noodles around it.
  • Preheat the air fryer. Place the paneer pieces into it.
  • Cook at 180 C for 10-15 minutes or until they are crispy.
  • Serve paneer sutli bomb with schezwan sauce.
