Lassi Recipe | Indian Summer Drink

A chilled glass of classic lassi with a generous dollop of malai is the best summer drink ever! So don’t wait anymore, give this lassi recipe a try and beat this scorching summer.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups yoghurt or curd chilled
  • 3 tbsp sugar powdered
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream or malai
  • 1 tbsp almonds and pistachios thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Pour chilled yoghurt, sugar and salt into a blender jar. Blend until it becomes frothy.
  2. Fill the serving glass with ice cubes. Carefully pour the smooth and creamy lassi into the glasses.
  3. Add a dollop of fresh malai on the top. Garnish with thinly sliced almonds and pistachios.
  4. Serve chilled.
