In a wok, heat 1 tbsp of ghee over medium flame.
Add chopped almonds and mixed seeds.
Cook until fragrant and slightly golden (5-7 minutes). Transfer the mixture to a plate.
In the same wok, add dates, raisins, and 1 cup of water.
Cook over medium flame until they soften (5-7 minutes).
Add 1 tbsp of ghee and cook until the mixture is soft and sticky.
Allow the date mixture to cool down slightly.
Grind it to a smooth paste.
Then, add it to the toasted nuts mixture. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
Apply a small amount of ghee to your palm.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into laddus.
Store the laddus in an airtight container and serve as desired.
