Healthy Dry Fruit Laddu Recipe (No Sugar, No Jaggery)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup mixed seeds melon, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame
  • 1 cup dates
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a wok, heat 1 tbsp of ghee over medium flame.
  • Add chopped almonds and mixed seeds.
  • Cook until fragrant and slightly golden (5-7 minutes). Transfer the mixture to a plate.
  • In the same wok, add dates, raisins, and 1 cup of water.
  • Cook over medium flame until they soften (5-7 minutes).
  • Add 1 tbsp of ghee and cook until the mixture is soft and sticky.
  • Allow the date mixture to cool down slightly.
  • Grind it to a smooth paste.
  • Then, add it to the toasted nuts mixture. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
  • Apply a small amount of ghee to your palm.
  • Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into laddus.
  • Store the laddus in an airtight container and serve as desired.
  • These healthy dry fruit laddus make a perfect snack or dessert, with no added sugar or jaggery!
