Ingredients
  

For crispy corn:

  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • ¼ tsp salt or to taste
  • tsp black pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1-2 tbsp oil

For the chaat:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped capsicum
  • ¼ tsp salt or to taste
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • tsp amchur powder
  • tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 180-degree Celsius.
  • Add sweet corn to boiling water. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Transfer the boiled corn to a bowl.
  • Add corn flour, rice flour, salt, black pepper powder and chilli powder. Mix well.
  • Drizzle oil and mix well.
  • Transfer the corn to an air fryer. Spread them out in a single layer.
  • Airfry for 15 minutes. Stir them. Airfry for another 15 minutes.
  • Heat a pan over medium flame. Pour oil.
  • Add onion and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  • Add capsicum. Cook for a few seconds.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, amchur powder and cumin powder. Mix well.
  • Add lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Add crispy corn. Give a good toss.
  • Add coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • Crispy corn chaat is ready to serve!
