Preheat air fryer to 180-degree Celsius.
Add sweet corn to boiling water. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Transfer the boiled corn to a bowl.
Add corn flour, rice flour, salt, black pepper powder and chilli powder. Mix well.
Drizzle oil and mix well.
Transfer the corn to an air fryer. Spread them out in a single layer.
Airfry for 15 minutes. Stir them. Airfry for another 15 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium flame. Pour oil.
Add onion and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
Add capsicum. Cook for a few seconds.
Add salt, red chilli powder, amchur powder and cumin powder. Mix well.
Add lemon juice. Mix well.
Add crispy corn. Give a good toss.
Add coriander leaves. Mix well.
Crispy corn chaat is ready to serve!
