Creamy Mushroom Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bread slices
  • Butter as required
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200 g mushroom
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Apply butter on bread slices.
  • Toast until they are crisp.
  • Add oil to a pan, add mushroom and cook on high until water evaporates
  • Add onion and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  • Add butter and all-purpose flour. Cook for 2-3 min.
  • Add milk and stir until the sauce thickens.
  • Add salt, pepper, herbs, and chilli flakes.
  • Add coriander leaves on top.
  • Mushroom toast is ready to serve!
