- 4 whole wheat dough balls
- ½ cup malai
- 5-6 tbsp sugar
- Oil for frying
Roll out a dough ball into a circular shape.
Spread 1.5-2 tbsp of malai, leaving a 1 cm border around the edges. Sprinkle 1-1.5 tbsp of sugar.
Fold the paratha in half and seal the edges using a fork.
Cook on a tawa over medium heat until both sides are slightly toasted.
Pour oil and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Repeat the process to make the remaining parathas. Your Cheeni Malai Paratha is now ready to serve!
