Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole wheat dough balls
  • ½ cup malai
  • 5-6 tbsp sugar
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Roll out a dough ball into a circular shape.
  • Spread 1.5-2 tbsp of malai, leaving a 1 cm border around the edges. Sprinkle 1-1.5 tbsp of sugar.
  • Fold the paratha in half and seal the edges using a fork.
  • Cook on a tawa over medium heat until both sides are slightly toasted.
  • Pour oil and cook until both sides are golden brown.
  • Repeat the process to make the remaining parathas. Your Cheeni Malai Paratha is now ready to serve!
