Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1 cup green peas boiled
  • 1 tsp bhaja moshla
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup puffed rice
  • Lemon juice and mustard oil for serving

Instructions
 

  • Heat mustard oil in a wok over medium heat.
  • Add cumin seeds and cook until they crackle and are fragrant.
  • Add chopped green chilli and cook for a few seconds.
  • Add boiled green peas and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in bhaja moshla and salt.
  • Turn off the heat.

Serving Options:

    Option 1:

    • Add cooked green peas to a serving bowl.
    • Drizzle lemon juice and mix well.
    • Serve.

    Option 2:

    • Take puffed rice in a bowl.
    • Pour cooked matar over the puffed rice.
    • Drizzle mustard oil and mix well.
    • Serve.
