
Vrat Special Dry Fruits Milkshake Recipe

Serves: 1 person
Ingredients:
1 cup raw fox nut or makhana
5-6 almonds or badam
5-6 cashew nuts or kaju
1 cup hot milk (for soaking nuts)
1 tbsp hot milk (for soaking saffron)
A few strands of saffron or kesar
2 tbsp honey
½ cup chilled milk
Saffron and finely chopped almonds for garnishing
Instructions:
Combine makhana, almonds, and cashews in a bowl. Pour in 1 cup of hot milk and let it soak for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of hot milk with a few strands of saffron. Let it soak for 30 minutes.
Transfer the soaked nuts, saffron milk, and honey to a blender. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
Gradually pour in the remaining milk (used for soaking nuts) and chilled milk. Continue blending until the mixture is smooth and thick.
Pour the milkshake into a serving glass. Garnish with chopped almonds and saffron.
Your delicious Dry Fruits Milkshake is now ready to be enjoyed!
