Prep Time: 5 min | Bake Time: 30 min | Total Time: 35 min

Serves: 3-4 people

Ingredients:

4 processed cheese cubes

4 tbsp butter

10-12 cloves of garlic

2 green chillies

1 tsp pizza seasoning

¾ cup chopped black olives

1 footlong bread/loaf, garlic flavoured

Mozzarella cheese, grated

Sliced olives, for garnishing

Red chilli flakes, for garnishing

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grind cheese cubes, butter, garlic, green chilli and pizza seasoning to a smooth paste.

Stir in chopped black olives.

Slice the loaf horizontally into two equal halves.

Spread the olive and cheese mixture evenly over the bread.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, sliced olives, and red chilli flakes on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Slice and serve hot! Enjoy
