Dalgona Coffee Recipe With Coffee Jelly
Learn how to make this dalgona coffee recipe with coffee jelly at home. This vegan cold coffee is creamy, frothy and the best drink for the summer season.
This cold coffee is made with oat milk, instant coffee, sugar, water, ice cubes and coffee jellies. To make these jellies I have used agar-agar powder, instant coffee, sugar and water.

Ingredients:
For the coffee jelly:
1 cup water
2 tbsp sugar
¾ tsp agar-agar powder
2 tsp instant coffee
For the dalgona coffee:
1 cup oat milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp coffee
2 tbsp water
Ice cubes, as required
Method:
To make the coffee jelly:
In a saucepan, add water, sugar and agar-agar. Mix well.
Then heat the saucepan over a low flame/temperature.
Bring the liquid to a boil while stirring continuously.
After that let it simmer for a few minutes. Constantly stir the liquid, otherwise, agar-agar will stick to the bottom of the pan.
Turn the flame/heat off. Add coffee. Mix well.
Pour it into a flat bowl.
Allow the liquid to cool down to room temperature.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until it is completely set.
Cut the jelly into cubes.
To whip the coffee:
Add sugar, coffee and water in a glass. Whisk until frothy.
To make the drink:
In the serving glass, add coffee jelly cubes, ice cubes and oat milk. Top with a dollop of whipped coffee.
Serve chilled!
