A Unique Garlic Bread Recipe In Oven/Air Fryer
Learn how to make this unique garlic bread recipe at home. This homemade cheese garlic bread is made with butter, garlic, cheese, bell peppers, pizza sauce and oregano.
Want to make a garlic bread recipe in an oven?
It is really simple to make. Just add all the ingredients to a bowl, apply the mixture over the bread slices and bake until the bread is crisp.
Want to make a garlic bread recipe without an oven?
If you don’t have an oven, then you can also air fry. Bake for 10-20 minutes at 180-degree Celsius. Adjust the time according to the air fryer you are using.
Or place them in a pan, and cover them with a lid. Cook over a low flame until the bread is crisp.

Serves: 2 people
Ingredients:
4 bread slices
¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
3 tbsp butter
2 cubes of processed cheese, grated
1 tbsp pizza sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, add chopped red bell pepper, chopped green bell pepper, chopped garlic, butter, grated processed cheese, pizza sauce, dried oregano, red chilli powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
Take a slice of bread and add 1 or 2 tbsp of the garlic-pepper mixture. Spread it out.
Make the rest of the garlic breads in the same manner.
Place them over the lined baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes. You can also cook them in an air fryer.
Take them out and slice them diagonally.
Garlic breads are ready to serve!
