Easy Pizza Bread Parcel Recipe

These garlic-flavoured bread parcels are filled with lots of veggies tossed with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. Trust me, this is the easiest and tastiest snack you will ever make!

Ingredients:
5-6 white bread slices, always use fresh bread slices
For the pizza filling:
5 tbsp paneer, chopped
3 tbsp capsicum, chopped
3 tbsp tomato, chopped
3 tbsp onion, chopped
3 tbsp mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp pizza sauce
2 tsp oregano
Salt to taste
For the garlic butter:
3 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp garlic paste
Other ingredients:
Mozzarella cheese, as required
Red chilli flakes, for garnish
5-6 toothpicks
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180-degree celsius for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, add paneer, capsicum, tomato, onion, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, oregano and salt. Mix well. Keep aside.
To make garlic butter, combine butter and garlic paste together. Keep aside.
Take a slice of bread and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin.
Generously apply garlic butter over the bread.
Add the pizza filling (diagonally).
Add more cheese over the top.
Sprinkle red chilli flakes.
Fold the bread slice diagonally and join the corners. Secure it with the help of a toothpick.
Place the pizza bread parcels over the lined baking tray.
Bakr at 180-degree celsius for 15-20 minutes.
Pizza bread parcels are ready to serve!
