Iced White Chocolate Mocha | Starbucks Cold Coffee/Drinks Recipe
Learn how to make this Starbucks-style iced white chocolate mocha at home. This cold coffee recipe is easy to make, requires only 4 ingredients and is pocket-friendly.

This Starbucks drink is made with milk, ice, espresso shots, white chocolate mocha sauce and sweet cream foam/whipped cream.
About this recipe:
Firstly, this is not a Starbucks copycat recipe. This recipe is inspired by Starbucks’ iced white mocha.
To make iced white chocolate mocha at home, I have changed the ingredients of this recipe according to what I can easily find.
- I have replaced espresso shots with instant coffee powder.
- Instead of using white chocolate mocha sauce, I used melted white chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
- This drink can be enjoyed with and without any topping. But if you want to make it a little fancy, then top it with whipped cream or sweet cream foam.
- I wanted to top it with homemade sweet cream cold foam, which can be easily made with heavy cream, vanilla and a little milk.
- But here I have used just one ingredient to make this cream foam, and that is vanilla ice cream. Take some vanilla ice cream in a jar/glass. Then whisk it for 30-40 seconds. Sweet cream foam is ready!

As you can see this drink is really simple to make.
It won’t taste exactly like the Starbucks drink but it is still delicious. So try it!
Ingredients:
For the iced white chocolate mocha:
1 cup milk, room temperature or chilled
1 tbsp instant coffee
1.5 tbsp melted white chocolate
1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream
Ice cubes, as required
For the vanilla sweet cream cold foam:
½ scoop vanilla ice cream
Method:
To make iced white chocolate mocha:
In a blender jar, add milk, instant coffee, melted white chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
Blend for 1-2 minutes or until all the ingredients are fully combined.
To make sweet cream cold foam:
Add vanilla ice cream to a small glass and whisk for 30-40 seconds.
To serve the drink:
Take the serving glass and fill it with ice cubes.
Pour the white mocha coffee into the glass.
Pour the whisked ice cream over the top and serve immediately!
