Creamy Butter Garlic Maggi
Are you a maggi noodles lover? Then try this butter garlic maggi recipe! It is super creamy, cheesy, spicy and so yummy.
If you are looking for a plain and simple maggi recipe without vegetables. Then you should definitely give this recipe a try. This instant noodle recipe is so easy, it requires only a few ingredients like butter, cheese, garlic, chilli etc and within a couple of minutes, you can make a super creamy street-style maggi at home.

Serves: 1 person
Ingredients:
35g masala maggi
1 tbsp oil
½ tbsp chopped garlic
1.5 cups water
1 packet tastemaker
Salt to taste
2 tbsp or 1 cube of processed cheese, grated
2 tbsp butter
½ tsp red chilli flakes
Method:
Heat a saucepan over a medium flame/temperature. Pour oil and allow it to heat up.
Then add chopped garlic. Cook for a few minutes until it is fragrant or the raw smell goes away. The colour of the garlic should become slightly golden.
Pour water, Maggi Tastemaker and salt. Give it a good stir. Bring it to a boil.
Once the water comes to a boil, add the maggi noodles.
Cover the saucepan with a lid. Lower the heat and cook for a minute.
Uncover and continue cooking over medium-high heat.
Cook for 2 minutes or until the noodles are almost cooked.
Add grated cheese and butter. Mix well.
Make sure the cheese and butter have melted completely.
Then add red chilli flakes. Give it a stir.
Transfer it to the serving bowl. Garnish with more butter and red chilli flakes.
Butter garlic maggi is ready to serve.
