Pink Overnight Oats | Valentine’s Day Recipe

This recipe is perfect for all those busy mornings when you want to make something fancy but don’t have enough time. Pink overnight oats recipe is extremely easy to whip up and will keep you full for many hours. So, this Valentine’s Day surprise your loved ones with this simple yet decadent breakfast in bed.
To make this dish, blend chopped strawberries with honey to form a smooth paste. Make sure the puree is perfectly smooth. Then pour this puree in a bowl, add milk, yoghurt and oats. Mix everything together and cover with a lid. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for better results. Garnish the oats with pomegranate arils and serve chilled.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup yoghurt
- 1 cup strawberry, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1-2 tbsp pomegranate arils
