Serves: 2 people

Ingredients:

½ cup pomegranate arils (anar)

1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Ice cubes (as needed)

1 tbsp honey

200ml Sepoy & Co. Classic lemonade or 7UP Nimbooz

Lemon slice (for rimming glass)

Salt (for rimming glass)

Additional pomegranate arils (for garnish)

Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle/gently press together pomegranate arils and lemon juice to release the flavors.

Add ice cubes, honey, and lemonade to the shaker. Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.

Rim a serving glass with lemon juice and dip into salt to coat.

Add a few pomegranate arils into the glass.

Pour the mocktail mixture.
