Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 5 min | Total Time: 10 min
Serves: 2 people
Ingredients:
1 tbsp mustard oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 green chilli, chopped
1 cup green peas, boiled
1 tsp bhaja moshla (bhaja moshla recipe)
Salt to taste
½ cup puffed rice
Lemon juice and mustard oil for serving
Instructions:
Heat mustard oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and cook until they crackle and are fragrant.
Add chopped green chilli and cook for a few seconds.
Add boiled green peas and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in bhaja moshla and salt.
Turn off the heat.
Serving Options:
Option 1:
Add cooked green peas to a serving bowl.
Drizzle lemon juice and mix well.
Serve.
Option 2:
Take puffed rice in a bowl.
Pour cooked matar over the puffed rice.
Drizzle mustard oil and mix well.
