Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 20 min | Total Time: 30 min
Serves: 2 people
Ingredients:
150g noodles
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Water, for boiling noodles
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
200g paneer, cut into cubes
Instructions:
Boil water in a saucepan. Add salt and noodles.
Cook as per package instructions.
Discard the water.
Pour oil. Toss well. Keep aside to cool down.
In a bowl, cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, schezwan sauce, red chilli sauce, and ketchup. Mix well. Make a thick paste.
Add paneer. Toss well to coat all the pieces.
Take a piece of paneer and wrap cooked noodles around it.
Preheat the air fryer. Place the paneer pieces into it.
Cook at 180 C for 10-15 minutes or until they are crispy.
Serve paneer sutli bomb with schezwan sauce.
