Healthy Dry Fruit Laddu Recipe (No Sugar, No Jaggery)
Indulge in these nutritious and delicious laddus made with toasted nuts, seeds, and dried fruits, all held together with a touch of ghee. No added sugar or jaggery, just pure natural goodness!

Prep Time: 15 min | Cook Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min
Serves: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
2 tbsp ghee
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup mixed seeds (melon, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)
1 cup dates
½ cup raisins
1 cup water
Instructions:
In a wok, heat 1 tbsp of ghee over medium flame.
Add chopped almonds and mixed seeds.
Cook until fragrant and slightly golden (5-7 minutes). Transfer the mixture to a plate.
In the same wok, add dates, raisins, and 1 cup of water.
Cook over medium flame until they soften (5-7 minutes).
Add 1 tbsp of ghee and cook until the mixture is soft and sticky.
Allow the date mixture to cool down slightly.
Grind it to a smooth paste.
Then, add it to the toasted nuts mixture. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
Apply a small amount of ghee to your palm.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into laddus.
Store the laddus in an airtight container and serve as desired.
These healthy dry fruit laddus make a perfect snack or dessert, with no added sugar or jaggery!
