Serves: 2-3 people
Ingredients:
½ cup condensed milk
1 tbsp butter
2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
Colourful sprinkles, as required
Instructions:
Heat a pan over a medium flame.
Add condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder. Mix well.
Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
Transfer it to a greased plate.
Spread it out. Let it cool down.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
Take it out. Grease palm with butter.
Shape the mixture into balls. Roll them in sprinkles.
The balls will flatten slightly.
Instant chocolate peda is ready to serve!
Note: You can also store them in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
