This mango ice cream recipe is a refreshing and delicious way to beat the summer heat. With just a few ingredients and no cooking required, it’s perfect for hot summer days when you need a cool treat. Give it a try and enjoy!

Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 0 min | Total Time: 10 min

Serves: 4 popsicles

Ingredients:

½ cup mango puree

½ cup fresh cream, only the thick part

½ cup condensed milk

Instructions:

In a bowl, add mango puree, fresh cream and condensed.

Whisk until fully combined.

Transfer to a popsicle mould.

Tap them a few times, to make sure there are no gaps or bubbles.

Transferred the remaining mixture to a small kulfi matki.

Cover them with the lid and freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight.

After it sets completely, carefully take it out.

Mango ice cream is ready to serve!
