Red Sauce Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

Serves: 1-2people
Ingredients:
For the meat sauce:
1 tbsp oil
½ cup chopped onions
1.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
200g chicken keema
Salt to taste
200g tomato puree
½ cup water
1 tsp meat masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp sugar
For the spaghetti:
100g spaghetti
Salt to taste
Water, as required
Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion. Cook until they are soft.
Add ginger-garlic paste. Cook until the raw smell goes away.
Add chicken keema and salt. Mix well.
The chicken will release water. Cook until it evaporates.
Add tomato puree, water, meat masala powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and sugar. Mix well.
Bring to a boil. Cook until oil separates.
Boil water in a pot. Add salt and spaghetti.
Cook until al dente.
Add the cooked spaghetti. Toss well.
Serve hot!
