Amritsari Gud Wala Suji Ka Halwa
Learn how to make this Amritsari suji ka halwa at home with gud/jaggery and desi ghee. This melt-in-the-mouth rava halwa recipe is really easy to make and comes together in about 10 minutes.
If you love suji halwa then you need to try this recipe! It is so simple to make and tastes delicious. This halwa has a smooth consistency. Traditionally red food colour is added to this halwa which makes it bright red. But I have not used that. Jaggery gives a natural colour and beautiful flavour. Desi ghee and nuts make it so decadent.
