Veg Bread Snack Recipe For Iftar
Learn how to make this quick and easy non-fried veg bread snack recipe for Iftar. You can call this snack a bread parcel, pockets or patties recipe. For this, you will require only a few ingredients like bread, paneer, onion and a few spices.
About The Recipe:
These vegetarian bread snacks are very simple to make, taste delicious and you don’t need to deep fry them. Making them a healthier snack option for Iftar.
This snack is inspired by a paneer puff patties recipe which I used to have as a kid.
In that recipe, the puff/patties were stuffed with a caramelized onions and paneer mixture.
To make the recipe simple, I replaced puff pastry sheets/dough with bread slices and filled them with the caramelized onion-paneer filling. Then I folded and secured the slices with a toothpick. After that, I brushed them with a little oil and baked them until golden.
