Serves: 2 sandwiches

Ingredients:

For the sandwich chutney:

2 cups coriander leaves

6 cloves of garlic

1-inch ginger, sliced

2 large green chillies, chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp chaat masala powder

Salt to taste

2 ice cubes

1 slice of bread

Water, if required

For the grilled cheese sandwich:

4 slices of bread

2 cheese slices

Butter, as required

Green chutney, as required

Mozzarella cheese, as required

Method:

In a grinder jar, add fresh coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, green chilli, lemon juice, chaat masala powder, salt, ice cubes and a slice of bread. You can add a little water if required.

Grind to make a smooth paste.

Apply butter on one side of a bread slice. Flip and apply the green chutney on the other side.

Place a slice of cheese on the bread. Add grated mozzarella cheese over it.

Take another slice of bread and apply the green chutney on one side. Flip (chutney-side down) and place the bread on top of the cheese. Press it down a little.

Generously apply butter over the top slice of bread.

Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Place the cheese sandwich in it. Cook until the bottom side becomes golden brown.

Then flip and cook the other side for a few minutes until it becomes golden brown.
