Simple Chilli Garlic Chowmein Recipe

Serves: 2 people
Ingredients:
200g noodles
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp green chilli, chopped
¼ tsp sugar
Salt to taste
2-3 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
Method:
Cook the noodles as per package instructions. Drain, drizzle oil over them, mix well and keep them aside.
Heat a wok over a high flame. Pour oil and allow it to heat up.
Add chopped garlic. Cook until it becomes light golden in colour.
Add chopped green chilli. Cook for a minute.
Then add sugar, salt and soy sauce. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 seconds.
Add the cooked noodles.
Gently toss the noodles until they are well-coated with the sauce.
Pour vinegar. Mix well.
Chilli garlic chowmein is ready to serve!
