I just love bun makkhan! It’s such a simple snack and tastes so good. Recently, I tried bun makkhan at a local tea shop in Lucknow where they sprinkled some masala over the buttered buns. This masala was slightly sweet and chapata. It actually gave a nice flavour to the buns.
So I thought about recreating the recipe. For this, you won’t be needing too many ingredients. Just get some fresh burger buns, butter (salted or unsalted), powdered or icing sugar and chaat masala powder.
I must tell you, it was not exactly the same but still good. The spice mix added a nice twist to the classic bun makkhan. So if you are a fan of maska bun or pav, then give this recipe a try.
