Sukhi Green Chutney Recipe For Chaat

Prep Time: 5 min | Yield: 1 cup sukhi chutney
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh coriander leaves (with stem)
½ cup fresh mint leaves
2-3 green chillies, cut into smaller pieces
1-inch ginger, cut into smaller pieces
8-9 cloves of garlic
¾ cup roasted or fried chana dal, I have used chana dal namkeen
2 tsp chaat masala powder
Salt to taste
Method:
In a grinder jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, chana dal, chaat masala powder and salt.
Grind to a coarse or semi-fine powder.
Sukhi green chutney is ready! Add this chutney to any bhel or chaat.
And if you want to use it later, store this dry chutney in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
