Ice Cream Sundae Recipe | Diwali Special Mithai/Sweet Recipe | Chocolate Sundae
Learn how to make this easy ice cream sundae recipe with chocolate cake at home. This is an instant dessert recipe which requires only 4 ingredients. So, if you are looking for a special Diwali sweet or mithai recipe but do not want to cook then give this recipe a try!
This recipe is great for birthday parties, family gatherings, festivals etc. As I said earlier, this dessert takes merely a few seconds to assemble. Add all the ingredients to the serving bowl and your dessert is ready.
Here I have used vanilla ice cream, Britannia cake, melted a few pieces of chocolate with oil/ghee and some cashews. You can also customize it according to your liking.

Ingredients:
3-4 tbsp melted chocolate
2 small slices of chocolate cake, chopped
5-6 cashews, roughly chopped
3-4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Method:
Take a dessert bowl and drizzle melted chocolate in it.
Add chopped chocolate cake and cashews.
Then add a few scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the ice cream.
Garnish with chopped cashews and chocolate cake.
The ice cream sundae is ready to serve!
