Easy Pizza Toast Recipe | How To Make Bread Pizza
Quick and easy pizza toast recipe made with bread, homemade pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and sausage slices.
About The Oven
Every oven is different. For this recipe, I have used 24-litre OTG (1500 Watt). If you are using a different oven then the cooking time will change depending upon the wattage.

Ingredients:
4 bread slices
4-6 tbsp homemade pizza sauce
1-1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
16 slices of chicken sausage
Pizza seasoning, for garnishing
Cooking Method:
Preheat the oven to 200-degree Celsius.
Line a baking tray with parchment/baking paper. Place the bread slices over the tray.
Bake for 4-5 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Take it out of the oven. Pour pizza sauce over the bread slices and spread it evenly.
Add grated mozzarella cheese over them. Then add the slices of sausage over the cheese.
Place the tray back in the oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Take it out and sprinkle pizza seasoning over the pizza toasts.
Serve Hot!
