What will you need for this recipe?
Maggi Noodles: In this recipe, I have used Maggi noodles. Just use the noodle cakes. You won’t be needing the tastemaker for this. If you don’t have these noodles then use any other instant noodle of your choice. You can also use normal noodles or pasta.
Peanut Butter: Here I have used a smooth and creamy “Sundrop peanut butter”. You can use any brand’s peanut butter. You can also use crunchy peanut butter if you like that chunky texture.
Soy Sauce: I have used dark soy sauce in this recipe. If you are using the light one then increase the quantity accordingly.
Vinegar: I have used apple cider vinegar.
Honey: Honey provides a hint of sweetness to this dish. You can also use maple syrup.
Chilli: For this recipe, I have used fresh green chillies. It gives a beautiful flavour and heat to it. You can also use chilli flakes to make it even spicier.
Garlic and Ginger: These two ingredients also provide an excellent flavour. Just make sure you are adding more garlic compared to ginger.
Garnish: Just before serving sprinkle sesame seed and chopped green chillies.
Other ingredients: You can also add veggies, paneer/tofu, chicken etc.
