Sparkling Apple Mocktail | Non-Alcoholic Cocktail Recipe
Start the new year with this refreshing apple mocktail that is so easy to make and will surely impress your guest.
This non-alcoholic cocktail is a simple combination of apple juice and lemon juice which is flavoured with a few spices. So if you are hosting a new year party, do give this bubbly drink a try and begin the new year with a blast. Happy New Year!

Prep Time: 5 min
Serves: 8 people
Ingredients:
- 4 cups apple juice
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 cups club soda
- 1 cinnamon stick, break in half
- 1 star anise
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- ½ lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 cups ice cubes, or as required
Directions:
In a jug, add apple slices, lemon slices, cinnamon stick, and star anise.
Pour apple juice, lemon juice and honey. Give it a good mix and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Take it out of the refrigerator just before serving. Add ice cubes in a serving glass. Fill half the glass with the juice. Then pour chilled club soda into it. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice. Serve the rest of the glasses in the same manner.
Note:
- The ratio between juice and club soda should always be 1:1.
- Always pour the club soda just before serving this will keep the sparkles as fresh as possible.
