To make these tangy and spicy bites you will need, cauliflower, which is cut in florets. Blanch it in hot water for a few minutes. This will make the cauliflower tender and will cook faster. These florets are then dipped in a batter.
To make this batter you will need three kinds of flours. All-purpose flour, cornflour and rice flour. This combination helps in making the outer coating crispy and crunchy. To give some flavour to this batter add ginger-garlic paste and add red chilli powder to make it a little spicy. You can adjust the spice according to your liking.
Then make a smooth batter, dip the cauliflower florets into it and deep fry until golden. After frying all the florets, toss them in tomato and chilli sauce mixture. Serve immediately!
