Masala Muesli
Nutritious and delicious breakfast recipe. This savoury masala muesli will keep you going till lunch. It is a great source of protein, antioxidants and fibre. Try this 10-minute recipe today!

Serves: 2-3 people
Ingredients:
- 2 cups muesli ( I have used Gaia Crunchy Muesli – Nutty Delight )
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- ½ tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 7-8 black peppercorns
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 2 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp black salt
Cooking Directions:
Heat a non-stick pan on low flame and add coriander seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and black peppercorns.
Stir continuously to avoid burning the spices. Cook until the seeds crackle and fragrant.
Once all the spices have cooled down, transfer to a mixer jar and grind to a fine powder.
In a bowl, add yoghurt, sugar, black salt, nutmeg powder and 2 tsp freshly roasted masala. Give it a good whisk.
Add muesli to the serving bowls and pour the yoghurt mixture. Garnish with chopped dry fruits. Devour!
