Stuffed Potato in Chilli Garlic Sauce
Stuffed potato in chilli garlic sauce is a simple Chinese dish. Slices of potatoes with cottage cheese filling are dipped into a batter and then fried. These stuffed potatoes are then coated with Chinese hot garlic gravy. And then sprinkled with freshly chopped spring onions. So its a pretty easy recipe that you can prepare at your home at any time.
Stuffed potato in chilli garlic sauce is an excellent side dish. The chilli garlic sauce gives a wonderful taste and a nice glaze to the stuffed potatoes. If you want then you can alter the sauces according to your liking.
The potatoes with cheese filling add a nice crunch to the dish. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can also have these as snacks. Just like a potato pakora or fritters. In place of the stuffed potatoes, you can also use other vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, french beans etc.
This is one of my favourite vegetarian Chinese recipes. A perfect dish that can accompany all the other non-vegetarian Chinese dishes and noodles. So let’s jump into the recipe…
